Request A Return, Replacement or Refund

F&J Outdoors guarantees the size and quality of the products sent. If your product is defective or is damaged upon receipt, F&J Outdoors will send an appropriate replacement.

  • F&J Outdoors will accept returns within 30 days of delivery of your order. If it has been more than 30 days, we will process a partial or full refund according to the following refund table.
  • For Amazon orders, please open your Amazon order and follow Amazon's instructions to initiate exchanges, returns or refunds before the return window (30 days) is closed. For non-Amazon orders, please contact F&J Outdoors via email at info@fj-outdoors.com before returning any items. The email should contain the order number, pictures of the damage, and a description. We will assist you in completing exchanges, returns or refunds.
  • F&J Outdoors are reduced limited warranty to be material or workmanship defects for a period of 2 years or 3 years from the date of purchase. The warranty protects your cover against damage when used under normal conditions and does not cover damage from acts of god, vandalism, neglect, misuse, or improper use. The warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied, and under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages in excess of the covers’ original purchase price.
  • F&J Outdoors recommends removing cushions from covered patio furniture and storing cushions in a dry place*
